Kerri Hill is a writer, community organizer, and mother. She has a passion for people and making a difference. She has written for local and national publications and worked for organizations in the realm of product management, event planning, and public relations.
Prior to interning for JR Turnbull Communications, Kerri worked at The Village of Westland where she was a Marketing Assistant. As a Marketing Assistant, she was exposed to event planning, project management and content development. While in this position she was able to hone her skills in event planning and public relations.
She sits on the board of Project We Hope, Dream and Believe. Ms. Hill also mentors’ youth with The Girls Only Project- a program in conjunction with the mission of Project We Hope, Dream and Believe. While volunteering and helping others is a passion for Kerri. She has had the opportunity to speak to young girls with The DreamBuilding Academy and The Girls Only Project where she motivates and encourages young women to pursue their purpose.
When she is not making a difference in the world, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and family. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University and she is currently pursuing her Masters in Communication, specializing in Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University.
